It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, Toughooks are made for you.

We deliver worldwide (currently to over 50 different countries) including USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

UK Delivery (Mainland)

UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £200, including PerfectFit Rails.

For Hook Only orders under £200, delivery is just £3.95 (PerfectFit Rails @ £5.95, or £9.95 for the longer 12 Hook versions)

You can upgrade to UK Mainland Courier delivery for £6.95.

Highlands and Islands may incur extra shipping costs. We will contact you after we have received shipping quotes to remote areas and a surcharge may apply. If you live in a remote zone it would be ideal if you could have your parcel sent to a mainland pick up address, one that you know couriers will send to as normal :-)

Outside the EU? Import Duty & Customs

All of our goods are shipped from the UK. When goods are delivered outside of the EU your country’s customs might hold them until import duty or local taxes are paid. These vary depending on your country so we can’t provide information on these.

We are not responsible for any import taxes at the arriving country and they are not included in the price of your goods.

90 Days Returns

You’re going to love your hooks, we’re absolutely sure of it.

But let’s say you don’t – you can return them (unused) within 90 days of purchasing them and we’ll give you a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Or swap them for a different size or colour, whichever you prefer.

** We cannot accept returns on Bespoke Coat Rails **

If you choose a customised coat hook rail then this cannot be returned (unless faulty) as it has been made especially for you. If you're not sure about Toughook, maybe try a sample pack before placing an order for a bespoke rail.
